What is provided

ShowMyRide generates a display-board PDF and image from information you supply. ClubShowKit generates generic, editable-by-regeneration event artwork and printable forms. A purchase is for one vehicle pack or one event pack, as described at checkout.

Your content and accuracy

You keep your rights in content you enter. You confirm that you may use it and that it does not infringe privacy, copyright, trade mark or other rights. You are responsible for checking names, dates, specifications, claims, contact details and print proofs before publishing or printing.

No affiliation or certification

The service is independent and is not endorsed by a vehicle manufacturer, club association, event venue or judging authority. Outputs are presentation materials, not evidence of authenticity, provenance, roadworthiness, value, awards or technical certification.

Event responsibilities

ClubShowKit does not supply legal terms, participant waivers, permits, insurance, emergency plans, accessibility plans, food or alcohol compliance, traffic control, child-safety processes or professional judging standards. Event organisers remain responsible for local requirements and should use qualified advisers where needed.

Digital delivery

When sales open, files will be generated on your device after successful payment verification. You should download and back them up promptly. Availability can depend on your browser, device, internet connection, Stripe and the hosting platform.

Fair use and limits

Do not misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, resell access to the generator or use it for unlawful, deceptive or harmful material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that law does not allow to be limited.

These terms may change for future purchases. The version shown when you pay applies to that purchase, together with any mandatory rights in your location.
